Can I relocate my Water Purifier?
You can contact our Customer Service hotline to arrange for the relocation of your water purifier.
What is required for the installation of this product?
We will require an electrical point, water point and water outlet. An electrical point needs to be within 1.5 meters range, whereas a water point and water outlet to be within 6 meters.
Is there a child safety function on STAR+ Water Purifier?
Yes, there is a hot water locking function to prevent children from accessing the hot water feature. Simply press and hold the "Lock" for 3 seconds.
